After building a successful Real Estate and Property Management business under other Phoenix area brokerages for 12 years, Jason Geroux branched out on his own. Together as a husband and wife team Jason and Jessie launched 4:10 Real Estate in May of 2019.
Why the name 4:10?
The Bible is God’s words reminding us that His truth and love can be found there to guide us in all aspects of life- so on this new venture, we turned to Him. Our name comes from 1st Peter 4:10 -- We want to use our talents to serve our clients as agents of principle filled with grace and integrity.
